You need to be careful while you are listening to the audio files and to reduce the silly errors you can listen to the heavy accented transcription audio files just to get accustomed to the same. Outsourcing your transcription work can also be a good idea in the sense that the errors committed will be lesser to nil in the files because they are to be transcribed by experts.
Yes, transcription can be funny sometimes, but on a serious note, we cannot forget that the errors which make them sound funny can prove costly and can even take the life of patients.
