‘Yoga for Heart…’
World Yoga Day also called International day of yoga was declared to be celebrated on 21st June every year by United Nations General Assembly [UNGA]. The main event of the World Yoga Day will be held in Ranchi in the presence of the Indian Prime Minister, Mr. Narendra Modi. In this year at least 200 applications have been received and it is going to be a historic day for Jharkhand. The main objective of World Yoga Day is to take yoga to every house and person. 
World Yoga Day 2019 theme ‘Yoga for Heart’, focuses on how important yoga is to heart, health, and mind and ways in which it genuinely helps people to have a positive state of mind. The Union Minister, Shripad Yesso Naik stated“Yoga has become an important aspect in the life of people”, to a press conference pointing to the country’s achievement that has given Yoga to the entire world.
Yoga was originated in India in the ancient time and is considered to be about 5000-year-old spiritual, physical and mental practice. Yoga is important for all human being in order to keep their heart fit and if practiced on a daily basis can be beneficial in the long-run. World Yoga Day is celebrated worldwide through meditation, practicing yoga, meetings, debates and various other cultural programs. It is celebrated on an international level by the people of more than 170 countries.
World Yoga Day is celebrated to let people know that practicing yoga regularly can lead to better physical and mental health. Not only that it will also bring positive changes to increase the well-being level and also the lifestyle of people. There are natural and amazing benefits of yoga and the World Yoga Day aims in letting people know about the same.
